Xlub S-125

Mold release agent for polyester, vinyl ester and diallyl phthalate resin(DAP)pultrusion and hot press molding.

Composition

Proprietary blend of modified fatty acid and polymeric condensates of synthetic resins.

Transparent pale yellow to pale brown colored liquid.

Storage

When collectly stored in sealed container, S-125 has a shelf life of 12 months.

Applications

Xlub S-125 as an internal lubricant is added directly to resin with a range of 0.5 to 2 parts per 100 parts resin by weight.

Effects

Cured parts are immediately ready for painting, plating and etc. without any post cleaning and have a good mechanical properties.  S-125 give also completely stress and strain free products.

Handling

Avoid contact with the eyes and prolonged contact with the skin.

Guideline recipe
Add 0.5 parts per 100 parts resin for thermoplastics.

Add 1.5 parts per 100 parts resin for thermosets.
